Okay im a girl and im allergic to latex, and thats what condoms are made out of

im only 15 and im NOT ready for sex but when i am, how will i have safe sex if my partner and i cant use condoms?

You'll find non-latex condoms and you're smart for wanting to have safe sex and for waiting until you're ready. I have a lot of friends with stories about lousy first sexual encounters but those of us who waited a while tell stories that sound more like romance novels than comedies.
