Me and my little sister have always been close, for siblings anyways. I'm a 16 y/o teen (guy btw), and she just turned 13, she still acts pretty young, and she thinks i'm one of her best friends and that we know everything about each other. She's wrong, but it's still kind of cute 
She talks to me about everything (except periods, thank god)... even stuff that she won't tell our parents. So I think she's gotten the sex talk before, but my mom doesn't really do a good job... And the topic of sex came up one day, and it was almost my anniversary with my gf... and she asked me if I'm a virgin. Me and my gf have gone pretty far, but what should I have said? I just said "duh", and she laughed and mimicked me.
She later said "Chris, my friend said your a loser..." I asked why. And she said "cuz she just thinks that since your in high school, your supposed to have sex."
WTF. I just told her that her that her friend's crazy. I know my sister, and her friend, are pretty innocent and childish (both have never had any bfs either). But I DON'T want her to be that type of girl, or to feel pressured, or to just be sexually active when she gets to high school. Kids are talking about doing it younger and younger, and I don't want any of this crap for her. Should I talk to her? Should I talk to mom, and probably ruin this trust she has with me? I have to do something, but I don't know what. Damn these dumb, superficial kids. She's already told me about this really popular girl at her school, who has already had sex.
