Sex on your period but taking the pill? Please help!?

Can you get pregnant if you got your period while having sex (without a condom) if you're on the pill? He pre-came and then we noticed and stopped. This all happened today.
I take the pill at the same time every day. I just took the 3rd sugar pill (/green pill, I'm on Ortho Tri-Cylen Lo) today.
Please help, I would really appreciate it!
 
For the most part, having sex on your period cannot lead to pregnancy. And the number is further lowered by no actually cumming in the vagina.

However, both can and have been reported to cause pregnancy in some cases.

I would say your likelihood is very low though.
