sEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION IN OKLAHOMA?

My husband has only 3 years left of his 10 year registration in some states like NC if we move there he will be required to register for life or as long as he lives in that state. Other states are the same his charge was a misdemeanor and there was no jail time and one year unsupervised probation. He has followed the rules to the letter and now we need to relocate due to job and need to know if Oklahoma will recognize his 7 years and let it die when the last 3 are completed or will it be another state that will make him register for life? He has only the one conviction and is not considered a violent offender
