i am a registered sex offender, and want to marry a woman from the philippines who knows of my background. we will be married in april 2010, and i will file the petition paerwork and submit my records to the USCIS, but am i just wasting our time and money? will the USCIS or Homeland Security even allow me to petition her or approve our visa?
