Sex: "losing" for women "gained" for men?

Why is it that in most of our modern day when a women has sex it's seen as shes "losing" something,while for a man just another girl he gets is seen as "gaining" and a good thing?

Always wondered, thanks.
 
Women have so many hang ups about sex,it's not winning or losing,it's sharing.Women have to learn to love their body.
 
SIMPLE.

Women are always assumed to be looking for commitment. Men are assumed to be avoiding commitment and out for SEX.

Therefore, when a man gets sex and the woman doesn't get commitment, it is seen as her "losing". This idea is FALSE, but very accepted.
