I recently bought a new blue parakeet after my female one died and we wanted a companion for our male parakeet. The new parakeet has a white ceres with a slightly blue tinge and I believe it's likely a female. It also chirps rather than sings like my male parakeet. (the male parakeet has a dark blue ceres); however I don't see them kissing each other. Am I wrong in my sexual differentiation?
