I am almost 18 yrs old, (birthdays in a month).. My boyfriend just turned 27, now we have not had sex, but I was wondering of the laws because I know age of consent is 17, but is there any restrictions? My friend told me that since my boyfriend is over 21 we cannot have sex because if we did it could be reported and he could have charges pressed against him.
