sex can make you go into labor, how about an orgaism?

i am 33 weeks prego and have been put on bedrest since 29 weeks (i have been 1 cm dialted and 80% effaced since then)
the doctor told me to not walk a lot and have no sex... my question is can you have an orgaism? can that make you go into labor or is the actual penatration of the penis? anyone know?
 
its the sperm that brings on the orgasim that brings on the labor.
 
I heard it is the actual ejaculate that causes you to loose your mucas plug/break water. However I dont know if any of that is true.
 
Orgasm is actually what triggers the labor so don't do anything that would give you one hun. :)
