Sex Ability question. doctors pls!?

Hi, sorry for the rude question.
I am 19 years old and i was first Pubescent ( the automatic exit of sperm , which i think always happens at night after the epididim is full) at 15.
Since then i have been Pubescent only 4 or 5 times! Now i'm worried about my sex abilities. Doctors here dont even care about the matter and give any kind of answers.
If it is not a reason for sex inability, then why the so low amount of Pubescent? And how can i find out about my abilities.

Dude, I have NO real freekin' idea of which you speak, and I don't think YOU have a clue either.. Do you mean nocturnal emmissions..? Or coming in your sleep..?? As we get older, and start getting some... we stop comming in our sleep. While it can still happen as a guy gets older, it is far less common because the boys get drained - often.... The body makes sperm in large quanities when a guy is young(er), it HAS to come out, so it does when you sleep through sexy or hot dreams.
Not trying to be rude here, but you better learn the English language better if your wish to convey your message better.
