For 5-6 weeks I have been having the same symptoms, and they have been getting
gradually worse, in no way getting better. It started with a sometimes nurab,
sometimes tingling sensation in my left hand's fingers. It eventually started
to tingle in my lower back, back thighs, and lower legs. I could not feel any
tingling sensation unless I craned my neck downward. It has gotten to the point
now where I have a constant tingling sensation in my lower legs, hanRAB and
forearms, and when I crane my neck downward it is like a jolt of electricity
shoots through my arms, legs, and lower back. It is twice as bad when I work
out/run. It is not that it is painful, but it is uncomfortable and like nothing
Ive ever experienced. And it has gone on for a long time now. I had a head
injury over the summer that required thirteen staples to close (back of head)
and I also contracted mono about a year ago at age 21. I am now 22 years old,
male, and weigh around 200 lbs

It could be muscular, exercising will warm the muscles and relax them..but afterward, they will contract and press on certain nerves possibly causing your symptoms (actually I have the same symptoms many times and a lifetime of muscle/nerve problems, etc).

Massage helps a lot, but the right kind.

You DO NEED to be assessed properly especially x-rays and for B vitamin and D vitamin levels.

Are you eating enough carbs before exercising?

It could be that your head injury caused a slight whiplash and that might account for your upper body symptoms, and you might have nerve impingement on your lower back. Running will exacerbate it, not help it from my personal experience.

I do see a chiropractor and have massage. You could also consider how you sleep, I hug a pillow and have one between my legs while on my side and under when on my back...etc.
