I recently bought a new headset from Best Buy. Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000 USB headset. I did as the instructions say. Install drivers from disc, plug in headset when prompted. I did, however in my Device Manager, it shows Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000 under Other Devices with an exclamation mark indicating that the drivers aren't installed. When I go to Playback Devices, nothing is shown except my speakers. No sound plays from the headset, microphone isn't found under Recording devices. Any help is appreciated, I've tried everything.
