Severe foraminal stenosis

HI could anyone tell me could you apply for disabilty for severe foraminal stenosis
 
You apply by going to your local Social Security office and just applying. The problem is, that can be surgically corrected with something called a foraminotomy and you may be denied because of that reason.

Have you seen a spine surgeon about fixing it?
