Severe deep non muscular pain in mid arm and armpit

Hi I am 27. When I was 23 I had a swollen lymph node near my bycep on my right arm. I am exposed to some toxic chemicals, and am right handed. When I went to the doctor, he requested an MRI and found another lump the size of a golf ball in my arm pit. after a round of antibiotics, he did a touch test to see if it was gone.
I am now 27 and experiencing pain in the same spot. For no rhyme or reason, I will find myself with the most debilitating pain in my bycep area, that causes me to immediatly stop what I am doing, buckle over and cry. It is sharp, piercing and penetrating, and feels as if it is inside the core of my bone. Touching and poking my arm only confirms that it is not a muscle. As well, the last time it hurt I went to my doctor who thought it was my bone.
I then went to see an orthopedic surgeon. He wanted to rule out that I had not torn my rotator cuff, although I have never experienced pain in my shoulder or neck. I had two MRI's and am waiting for the results.
I also experience a low grade aching deep in my armpit on the same arm.
What are the possible causes of these symptoms or things to look for?
Thank You.
