I work in nights at a call center and sleep in the morning.after a good sleep for 3hours i get a sever back pain which does not allow me to sleep.i take support of 3 to 4 pillow which brings a little relaxation.but its really troubling me a lot.the pain is basically in the lower back.If there is some permanent solution please let me know.that would be really grateful
