Stool having fresh blood, is usually from the colon.
If dark old blood or clots, it's usually from the stomach.
First to relieve pain----
Air created in particular region of the colon can be blocked and ballooning, then pain.
If air can be released, pain will cease.
Drink more "lukewarm" water.
Glycerin pump can help this similar symptom of constipation.
But if your lungs are weak, mobility of the colon will be weak too.
If even glycerin doesn't help, you have to help move the colon, by rubbing down at your belly.
Also there are aching points at the front of the thighs, near the crease of the hip.
That is 1 o'clock at the right thigh, and 11 o' clock at the left thigh.
Use your fists or thumbs to press the aching points. The digestive system will then wriggle.
The pressing action using your hands is like pumping a basketball.
This belt of reflective points stretch from the hip to the knee, all the way down to the feet.
That's why the Japanese had less of this problem, when following their custom of sitting on their feet.
Since sitting like the modern society on chairs and pubs frequenting, their problem at the stomach skyrocketed.

And shall have to investigate further to see if there is Bacteria Helicobacter Pylori,
or bile problem.
