Several symptoms with no diagnosis- very worried

I am looking for help with my mother. She was just released from the hospital today after being there for 4 days still with no diagnosis. Her symptoms that brought us to the ER were uncontrolled cough, vomiting, swelling in her side and front of her stomach like she was pregnant, rib pain, constant nausea, slight fever (99.5), diahera, unable to eat but hungry, feeling full and bloated to the point she could not breath and could not take a deep breath without pain stopping her.
