Setting up voicemail on BB Storm?

I recently, unlocked a BB Storm 9530 (1st gen) that was originally with telus. I am with rogers. I had voicemail set up on my old phone (sony Ericsson w580i) and it worked perfectly, however with this new phone, the simple hold 1 trick doesn't work. How do set it up. When I hold one now it dials the phone's original phone number.
