I'm trying to connect a media server. I've looked online and every article is on how to build or how to install the software for a media server. What I need is directions on how to physically install a media server. What does the server get connected to? (besides the power outlet). Do I connect it to my router or do I need special equipment? Also, how do I get my computer to read off of the server?
