Setting up bluetooth headset with iPod Touch with 3.0 update?

I have a Motorola H690 bluetooth headset that I am wanting to pair with my iPod Touch 2G with the new 3.0 software update I got yesterday. The iPod Touch doesn't find the H690 when it is searching. I've put the H690 in paring mode but the Touch still doesn't find it. Any answers?
