Setting up Bluetooth from iPhone to PC?

yea i want to know how to send files over from my iphone to my pc. ive looked on ways to try and figure it out and i just get lost cuz it never seems to work. Like what do i do first? cuz my PC never recognizes my iPhone. So if any1 can help me on how to send files over, maybe i need a bluetooh wireless adapter thing? idk.
