Setting up an Iphone 4, already have an i pod touch, can i use the same itunes?

Hi people,

Just wondering, when I set up my i phone 4, do I have to create a new I tunes for it or can I use the same one as my i pod touch? Would all my music from my ipod touch then be transfered onto my i phone?

Don't wanna just try connecting it incase I mess everything up so any help would be great!
