One Question

My roommate got his old router from home and wants to set it up, but doesnt know how. So now it's my job because I'm the CS major so I automatically know routers. I've never dealt with this kind of router setup.
What I have:
Wall jack
Ethernet cable from wall jack to router
router plugged into wall and from port 1 into computer's internet port
NO MODEM IN ACCESS, AT COLLEGE CAMPUS
Lights: [x] = on [ ] = off
Power: [x]
Wireless-B: [x]
Ethernet 1-4: [x][ ][ ][ ]
Internet:[ ]
