Honestly, I would have thought this would be simple simple simple. Setting up a facebook personal page was a piece of cake.
I'm finding it quite different with a business account. I have tried I think 5 times.
My goal is to have a standalone business account w/o any of my personal information/stuff about me personally, accessible on that page. Strictly professional.
Every single time I've tried to set this business account up, I get to the point where I want to move forward, and it insists I link a personal account to the business page. I have read ONCE THIS IS DONE, IT CAN NEVER BE UNDONE.
So my fifth try is my best because I have managed not to feed my personal info to facebook and have it automatically link stuff to my page. But the big problem is, when I search for my company name via somebody else's login, my company does not exist.
Is there an easier way to do this without having to hire someone? If anyone has any tips, tricks, or links they would like to share, I will certainly take the time to look at them.
By the way, I have Googled how to create a business account, and the information is somewhat dated. Facebook has recently changed some things on creating accounts. Didn't get a whole lot from those links.
