Seting my timming on my 1977 honda CB motorcycle?

Setting my timing on my 1977 Honda motor cycle with a set of two points and condensers?
Also,how do you adjust the gap in each points,out of the set. so they will get fire to my spark plugs.I can not get fire to them.I have already replace with new coils.Does my rectafire has something to do with this problem.Thanks,and have a Bless Day.Dee.
 
Set your points at .016 .018~ Get a test light.Rotate the crank back and forth. The light should come on at the line. Adjust the plate screws. #1 & 4 are the main plate. #3 & 4 are the secondary.
