Set up a Sasktel Phone on Rogers?

[Please Help Me!]

Is there ANY way to use my Rogers account with a Sasktel phone?
I have a Rogers account but enjoy my Sasktel phone so much more then the Rogers one.
Just wondering if there is some trick someone knows?
