login to tmo site with ur number and password...at the bottom u will see a link "set up blackberry internet email"
in there on left side click service books, then send to device...then ur done.

Once logged in you should see an area where you can resend your service books.
Sorry but I'm with ATT so I can't take you beyond that but it should be pretty easy to
find once you're on that page.

do u have the 19.99 blackberry internet add-on added to ur account?? i dont think it will work if u dont have that service...
if u do, in the dead center of the webpage, after u login, u see ringtones and stuff. under that u see communication tools. in that communications tools box, there is that link for "setup blackberry internet email", in there on top left side click service books, then click the "send service books" link. if u dont have the setup blackberry internet email there is something wrong with the way tmo setup ur page, call them and have it fixed, and tell them to send u the service books while there at it.
