Service books issues

anyone having trouble resending their service books? I tried resending from berry and from TMO website and i got stuck both times.

Anyone notice their service acting buggy at all?
 
It shouldn't be getting stuck... Have you tried doing it right from your device? Because I've found that works a little bit better sometimes. Plus if you send them and then do a battery pull it usually works better. But that's a little unusual.

Yeah I tried on my phone first and then I attempted to access from TMO's site. My phone froze up last night and it spontaneously rebooted twice and then for all intents and purposes appeared normal. Seems like an isolated incident so far.
 
I'm not even sure what OP is. What operating system are you running? Are you using the new 4.5 os from TMO or no?

its been super buggy for me. i have not recieved e-mails from half my contacts since the 17th. i started recieving e-mails from what seemed like everyone starting 10/24 and since then i have not been recieving incoming calls or texts.. i upgraded to 4.5.0.81 on the 20th

right now i am not sure if its me or them.... i'm headed out to tmobile now.... not sure if i'll have any luck...
