Jeanie, I have been taking serrapeptase and have noticed a significant improvement to my sinus problems. This time of year I have allergies to ragweed, goldenrod, and probably a few other pollens. I usually have terrible headaches and sinus pressure. I started out taking one 20thousand IU pill in the mornings and increased the dose by one pill a week till I was up to taking 5 in the morning. It seems to be working for me. Do you have pollen allergies? What kind do you have. Diana
