just like the ones I had shortly after my son was borne, you know, all those hormones crashing?
Anyway, I have been getting them a lot lately, and it's getting too intense. I get so hot that I start to feel nauseous. Sometimes they even give me headaches. I'm pretty susceptible to migraines, so this happening is a huge deal to me. I have longish hair, so sometimes it makes the hot flashes worse. And I've notice that on days I haven't had the chance to shower, I get hotter easily.
My son is over a year now, about 16 months, so I don't know if it's due to hormones. I have heard that it can take up to 2 years for your body to fully balance out. Which brings me to this... I have extremely irregular periods. Sometimes to to stress, other times due to I don't know what, it's a mystery.
I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant now, since I'm on my period. This period was almost 2 months late.
So now you know.
Do you have any idea what could be causing these horrendous hot flashes?
