This is more than a week after the extraction and I got all 4 impacted removed. My swelling and pain was completely gone as of yesterday. Today I developed this very swollen bump type thing at the top of my gum line and by my cheek bone. It is ridiculously painful. I was at the oral surgeon's yesterday and he said I looked okay. It is not swelling up tremendously again and it is so painful in that one spot what do i do? I can't sleep through this I have taken aleve, benadryl, and a painkiller. Someone help me.
