Do you feel that it is a deliberate act, saying that they cannot perform a vehicle inspection, because of the VIP connector is broken or missing? I have had my vehicle just a year, it isn't new; however, it should have passed with no problem. I could not take it to where I bought it, because the person who does the inspections was out, therefore making me go elsewhere. You thoughts would be appreciated, thanks.
It is a 2005 and they had it in the shop for 45 minutes, if that helps. New York state (one of the toughest, I might add).
