(This is all Irish History) Why did the 1916 Easter Rising happen? I have to an essay with this as the title under the sub-headings of: 1)The Republican Movement and 2) England's neglect of Ireland. If anyone knows where I could find some info or even give me some that would be fantastic!
I've spent ages googling and I can find very little. I need the whys!!!! Why did it happen???? Why did the republican movement becomce revived? How did England negelct Ireland?
