i am a specialist/E-4....i got accepted & registered for classes at the private university of st. Johns...they even awarded me a $10,000 scholarship because i have a near perfect GPA......it came to my knowledge that i've been "absorbed" into a deploying unit that gets stop loss ed in a few weeks...i'm also in the process of contracting with ROTC...only paper left to do is sign the ROTC contract...but they only contract in late August...is there a way to into the "Rear D" (part of the unit that doesn't deploy) because this unexpected deployment will cause me serious financial loss ($10,000 Scholarship plus ROTC) which my family is counting on...considering that they are over $60,000 in debt...is there a way that i can get onto the "Rear D" Roster???? Advice is Greatly Appreciated
