Sequence for programming new key for ford 1995?

I had a new key cut from the red key for my ford escort 1995 but I don't know the sequence for programming it. Does anyone know?

First, you need the red master key. If you don't have it, forget it!

Insert master key into ignition & turn to position II
Wait until clock LED illuminates & remove key.
Wait until LED illuminates again & then goes out
Within 10 seconds;
Insert key to be programmed & turn to position II
Check LED flashes once to confirm programming
Switch ignition off & remove key.
