My friends and I are just playing kicking with this ball, and it gets pretty plain, so I want to challenge myself with a kick from sepak takraw like the one that is kinda a bicycle kick. But, I'm pretty much a newbie in these field and I seriously don't want to get injured, so I need some help on the kick.
Plus I'm not really that flexible or anything. -_-
