Seoquel + citalopram same time why????

I have almost 2 weeks having seroquel 25 ml with citalopram 60 ml and i think that seroquel is not a big diference or almost nothing change when i was having citalopram alone i was having my life coming back i was going alone to every where markets, malls, restaurants, beach ,even i feel that i was starting to enjoy everthing but i was a little nervous and i went to my doc, and he gave me seroquel 25 ml daily to help with my anxiety but the only thing that seroquel help me is sleep better and nothig more i am thinking that may be seroquel is not good for me i think that may be is canceling off the citalopram benefits ????? any one have any idea ????
 
UP DATE : Well after 21 days having seroquel i can say that i feel that this medication really works my anxiety almost gone., no panick , no fear, no anxiety "WOW" What an exellent medication, now i am having seroquel xr 50 ml daily and i have to say that makes me feel a little bit sleepy during the day but i can handle it and the results worth it, very happy whith it , i will be up dating about this medication
