Senior Project topic?

Ok for my senior project i need to write a 10 page paper and make a product(model) it has to be architecturally related so basically any type of building will do. Any ideas right now would really help

Im thinking right now of doing either a hotel, or a convention center.

What i choose has to have a purpose as well, so if I did a general house it would have to unique, for example energy efficient.
 
I'm a recently retired teacher and the best advice I can give you is to do one that you are interested in. Your interest will show through and should help your grade. good luck
