i have pictures in my cellphone and i want to transfer it to my laptop. both have bluetooth but the problem is when i send an image through bluetooth from my cellphone to my laptop, i cant find my laptop which means the bluetooth device of my laptop is turned off. i already explored my laptop on how to turn it on but i cant find it. the bluetooth configuration in the control panel doesnt help either. i just want to turn my laptop's bluetooth device but i dont know how.
