sending files via bluetooth samsung memoir?

i have been having trouble sending files via bluetooth samsung memoir, but i can recieve from my pc. I have tried all the steps and suggestions possible but all to no avail. I even tried using another samsung memoir to see if its with my phone, yet it says 'sending failed'. i'm frustrated right now. can someone help me pls
