Send ps3 to sony, pay $100 and u get a slim 120 gb back? true?

kay so basically i hear that sony has this thing where you send them you old, fat ps3 and $100 and they will give you a slim 120gb back. not sure if its true or not. if it is can anyone send me a link to read more about it?
