I want to send a simple "execute" message over bluetooth to an HTC HD7(WP7 Phone), which will then cause the phone to vibrate. Eventually I want to send Video over bluetooth as well, but that can come later. How would I go about sending the message to the phone in bluetooth, and then how would I go about recieving the message on the phone, then seeing if it is proper(if it is the execute command). The preferred language would be C#, but I am willing to use other languages. Eventually I wan't to write a PC <--> Phone app that allows me to monitor a webcam via bluetooth(I know I could use RDP or VNC, but i'd rather not), and also have Motion recognition(thats why the app sends the message to make the phone vibrate).
