I have the Samsung SCH-u410. It is Verizon's low end phone. I can use "auto answer" with a headset attached and the phone works fine. It answers without me pushing any buttons so it's a hands free way to answer the phone. It does not ring in my headset - I just hear someone and go from there. I've not used it with a blue tooth device so I can't speak for that. I use mine in auto answer mode when on my BMW motorcycle - routed thru an Autocom bike communication system, usually on a multi day trip. No, I don't talk on the phone and this is very experimental. However, I've found that if I'm off the bike, fueling, eating and my helmet is off, or the bike is shut down I miss the call. It does not go to voice mail or give me a "missed message" notice. Is there a more advanced phone I could buy with more options to send the call to voice mail for instance if I'm out taking a scenic vista pic? The Verizon guy I spoke with yesterday didn't have a clue.
