semi formal dance...?

k. ive got a dress, shoes, and jewelry already. Its just my hair!! UGH! its about chin length (maybe a little longer) and i don't know wht to do with it. My dress is ruffly n stuff if tht helps with suggestions. my hair can do anything (curl, straight or anything in between) i just don't want it to b too short. suggestions plz??
 
Just blow dry it then straighten it, then if you want go over it with those styling blow dryers that help with body. When blow drying it go under, then bring the blow dryer up, that will give your hair lots of body
 
I would say black dress pants, black dress shoes, a colored shirt ( like blue, probably) and a white shirt underneath. Open a few buttons at the collor, so its not too stiff, more natural.
