ive just sold my used mobile phone to a person in russia, hes paid by paypal and ive checked that the money is definately there and he asked me to send it by recorded delivery but just think its a bit weird, ive checked his feedback and hes bought a few used mobile phones from the uk. just thought it was weird that he said "im not dodgy".
