Value? Depends on who wants them.
I see stock ones listed on craigslist for $50 on up.
I got a set just for asking (with clamps). Take-offs at the local shop. No scratches.

Lots of Suzuki Savage/S40 riders buy them. They fit, sound better than the stock Suzi muffler & boost the top end some. I paid $50 for mine (one HD Dyna) but it was a little scratched up.

i just bought some! lol
i got mine off ebay.co.uk for £30 sterling in mint cond, but that was bidding, and i got real lucky. most of these sell for about £150 - £200
so post it on ebay for about £100 for a quick sale if it's mint.
if it's rusted or scratched you might not have much luck, harley owners tend to stick to quality items for there quality bikes.
