Selling from the U.S. on different ebay markets?

Hi I was wondering is there something special one needs to do to sell items per say on ebay.co.uk or Australia, etc. I dont see an issues since I can log in, but I was wondering the problem with currency exchange, if I get paid in GBP or Euro how would I convert that to dollars.
