Is it against the law to sell free samples of food products? Got some baby formula samples in the mail, don't know what to do with them but they are worth quite a bit. One has a sample not to be sold label printed on it. One does not. If so, would I be able to sell the one that does not have the label and throw the other one in "for free"?
