Selling an unactivated Iphone4 from ATT- Any risk leaving the sim in it?

I have a sealed Iphone4 that I want to sell on Ebay as sealed. Is there any risk in my leaving the sim in it? I have not activated it obviously as I have not taken it out of the package, and plan to remove the decal on the exterior of th packaging with my phone number on it.

I guess if ATT didnt open it, they did not "assign" anything either... anyone have advanced knowledge on this?
