What is the process of selling a used car in palm beach county FL?
I am about to sell my van in palm beach county. Is there any form/paperwork that i need to fill/submit to the county or state?
Do i charge any sales tax?
Do i give the buyer my title, or does he need to apply to a new title and i keep the one with my name on it?
Do i cancel my insurance before handing over the car?
Anything else i need to know? I want to make sure i do everything legal and smart.
